No convention or larger meetup can be successful without volunteers (also called “the staff team” in Czech) who will help with the preparations and the course of the entire event, whether it is a dress room, security, moving equipment or any other assistance. Even the Winter Karaoke Party would not be possible without this help from the fans themselves.
